This is a plan I used just 2 weeks ago when I went to Germany, Poland, Czech Republic and Austria. I am sharing it with you because it worked out very well for me, and I hope this blog could help you if you are travelling to these places soon.
THINGS TO BOOK BEFORE HAND:
-Berlin Welcome Card All Inclusive with Public Transport-Airline Tickets (Duh...)
-Hotel (Recommended: Steinberger Hotel)
-Night bus tickets to Krakow, Poland
Berlin Welcome Card All Inclusive
-What is it?The berlin welcome card all inclusive is an awesome card that provides you with an turbopass entrance ticket of 34 museums, tours and attractions for free in Berlin and Potsdam. You could choose it for 2 days to 6 days long, but since we are only talking about 3 here, lets stick to the 3 days one. An adult ticket would cost 105 euros, or approximately 155 canadian dollars and a child (3-14 yrs) would cost 59 euros, or 87 canadian dollars. You may be thinking, why the HELL would someone buy this. It's so expensive!!! Well, but its worth it! Yes. You would change your mind like I did when I waited for only 10 minutes at the TV tower while other people waited for I don't know how long. Also, when you add up all the price of the admission fees (normal price turbopass) it would be worth more than the card. Also, you get free transport. It really helps when you are in a hurry because maybe at late night, when you can't find a way home, there is always a tram near you and just get on (they don't check, honesty system), and get off where you have to. It also gives you free access to express trains that goes to different parts of germany (but you won't be able to come back LOL). This makes it very convenient to go anywhere you want in a short amount of time.
